Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Luck and Light Ltd. We take pride in offering handcrafted and curated furniture and lighting pieces to enhance your living spaces. As a small boutique, we strive to provide personalized service and unique products.
Returns and Refunds:
- We hope you are delighted with your order however due to the limitations of viewing products online we understand that sometimes your order may not meet expectations. In this event please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, advising us of the reason for your return and to confirm whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please note it is the cost and responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods are returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition, -upon receipt of which we will be able to issue a refund. Returns can be sent or made in person to our shop Luck and Light, 14 Duke Street, Brighton, BN1 1AH.

There are no refunds for purchases made in store where the customer has had time to inspect the product prior to purchase. We do however, offer the opportunity for exchange or store credit. We encourage customers to carefully review product details, dimensions, and images before making a purchase to ensure the item meets their expectations.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue to admin@luckandlight.co.uk or call us on 07518 217371. We will assess the situation and work towards a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, repair or refund.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products, and personal items (such as earrings and perfumes).
Cancellation:
- Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations are not possible.
- In the event of exceptional circumstances, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee any cancellations after payment has been received.
- Cancellation may take place if authorisation of your payment fails or if the product you have ordered becomes unavailable or if there is a discrepancy between the product and its correlating price. In case of the latter, we will contact you directly to resolve any issues.
Custom Orders:
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
- We will work closely with you during the customization process to ensure your specifications are met to the best of our abilities.
Luck and Light Ltd reserves the right to remove products from our website at any time and/or amend the product description at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for doing this.
