Your stool has been handcrafted from sustainably sourced solid teak and finished to celebrate the natural beauty of the timber. Each piece has its own unique grain, colour variation and character.

• Wipe regularly with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  
• Clean up spills promptly to prevent moisture from penetrating the wood.
  
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these may damage the finish.
  
• Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat and high humidity to help preserve the timber's natural appearance.
  
• The woven synthetic seat can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, then allowed to dry naturally.
  
• Protective clear floor glides are fitted to help protect hard flooring.
  

Optional: To nourish the timber and enrich its natural colour, teak oil may be applied periodically at the owner's discretion. Please note that oiling will deepen the tone of the wood and may alter its appearance over time.

Solid teak is a natural material and will display variations in grain, colour and texture, making every piece unique. Over time, the timber will develop a richer patina as part of its natural ageing process.

Collection from our Brighton showroom

You're welcome to collect your order free of charge from our showroom at 14 Duke Street, Brighton BN1 1AH. Convenient loading is available directly outside on Duke Street, making collection easy for larger furniture pieces.

Private Courier Delivery

We offer delivery within 200 miles of Brighton for a flat rate of £60 using our trusted private furniture courier. Your furniture is carefully handled throughout its journey to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Materials & Sustainability

Crafted from sustainably sourced solid teak, each piece is handmade by skilled artisans in Indonesia using responsibly harvested timber.

We work directly with our Indonesian makers and import our furniture ourselves, ensuring complete traceability from workshop to showroom.

Our teak is supplied under Indonesia's SVLK (Timber Legality Verification System), the government's mandatory timber verification programme, which helps ensure the timber has been legally harvested and fully traced throughout the supply chain. Our shipments are also accompanied by FLEGT (Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade) licensing documentation, supporting the legal trade of timber products between Indonesia and international markets.

Because solid teak is a natural material, every piece will display its own unique grain, colour and character. These natural variations are celebrated as part of the beauty of genuine timber and ensure that every item is one of a kind.
