Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods:
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Import Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may be incurred on international shipments. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Restrictions:
Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, furniture deliveries require a physical address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
